Nat is back!

Nat Augustin returns to the Cromwell this New Year’s Eve after putting on a fantastic show in the past. Nat has many styles to make your New Year’s Eve a memorable one with a polished, energetic and exciting performance.

Bar opens at 6.30pm and dinner will be served at 7.30pm

Starter

Roast vine tomato and haricot bean soup, crispy bocconcini, basil cress, onion bread

Scottish smoked salmon, crab tian, crayfish cocktail, pickled cucumber and apple salsa

Soy glazed pork belly, beansprout slaw, chilli and ginger dressing

Main Course

Roasted lamb loin, ‘shepherds pie’ and crisp lamb belly, fondant potato, wilted kale, jus

Pan fried turbot supreme, smoked haddock and spinach gnocchi, mornay sauce

Feta, olive and red pepper pithivier, roasted new potatoes, black cabbage, sun dried tomato sauce

Desserts

Steamed pear and ginger sponge, salted caramel sauce, clotted cream ice cream

Dark chocolate and salted caramel parfait, amaretto crumb, vanilla mascapone

Cranberry and orange cheesecake, ginger biscuit, pistachio macaron
